The Scream Saga.

Scream burst onto the big screen in 1996 and set the course for various other box office hits such as I know What You Did Last Summer and the final installation of the Halloween series, Halloween H20.

Neve Campbell stars as the teenage girl, Sidney who gets caught up in the revenge plot of a ghost faced killer while her friends are gradually being savagely killed one by one in her home town of Woodsboro.

David Arquette, Drew Barrymore, Courtney Cox and Skeet Ulrich co-star in the action packed psycho thriller.   Since the scream phase a sequel has been released and a third part to the story is set for release in the summer of 2000.

 Scream 2

Having survived the first part of the trilogy, the ghost like killer once again terrorizes Sidney, but this time it’s a year later and she is currently settling in at college.   With all possibilities of it being the previous killer ruled out, it’s a race against time for her to figure out who is trying to kill her and to work out whom she can and can’t trust.  Scream 2 is not as shocking as the first but never the less an excellent film with a wonderful cast.

Scream 3

The final installment of the trilogy has Sidney and the entire surviving cast living in Hollywood where versions of the story are being created as films named Stab (as seen in scream 2).

New cast includes Jenny McCarthy and Scott Foley.  It has been rumored that Matt Lillard will also return from the dead to haunt Sidney in flashbacks of her past.

An excellent soundtrack has also been created for the film with artists performing on the album including Kid rock and TLC.

Scream three was supposed to be released in late December in America but due to tight schedules the release date was moved back to February and so it will be released in the summer in Great Britain .
